No, the liquid GLAZ Liquid 2.0 applies itself as a second skin and on your screen and cannot be removed anymore.
What do I have to do when the liquid glass of GLAZ Liquid 2.0 comes into contact with the metal case?
Nothing happens to the metal case. Furthermore, you can simply remove the liquid glass by means of the enclosed cleaning pad and then polish it with a microfiber cloth. Moreover, be concentrated during the installation and control the case as well.
What should I do when the liquid tempered glass of GLAZ Liquid 2.0 comes into contact with my wrist of my Apple Watch 3/Apple Watch Series 3?
Your wrist shouldn’t come into contact with the apple Watch Liquid 2.0 from GLAZ, because damages of the material could be possible. Hence, you can remove the wrists before an installation of the liquid screen protector.
How strong/stable is our liquid screen protector Liquid 2.0 really on my Apple Watch/Apple Watch Series 3, my iPhone X or my Samsung S9?
As you already know from GLAZ, this mobile phone protection is harder than a sapphire and has a hardness grade of 9+H after a drying phase of 7 – 10 days. This means, that the product can typically be used during this time, but it shouldn’t be exposed to a greater burden (such as sand).
Can I use all kinds of cleaners before the affixing of GLAZ Liquid 2.0?
Please use the enclosed cleaning cloth with isopropyl alcohol, which was especially developed for our product, to clean your Apple Watch/Apple Watch Series 3, your iPhone X or your Samsung S9.
Should I pay attention to something, after I affixed the liquid mobile phone foil Liquid 2.0?
Please pay attention during the affixing of GLAZ Liquid 2.0, that the Pad is just wet and doesn’t roll in the Liquid product. If you liberally applied the liquid glass on your Apple Watch/Apple Watch Series 3 with the pad, your iPhone X or Samsung S9 as long as until there is formed a drying shroud, use the enclosed cleaning pad for the whole screen and remove the drying shroud. Please avoid, that too much GLAZ Liquid 2.0 settles on the earcup/earpiece. Polish the surface so long as it shines by means of the enclosed microfiber cloth. Control, that there aren’t residues on the screen (Earcup/home button/unibody) anymore. After a period of 7 – 10 days of a drying phase, GLAZ Liquid 2.0 reaches its whole hardness. You can typically use the Smartphone in this period, but you shouldn’t expose the screen to a greater burden.
When a complete hardening of liquid screen protector GLAZ Liquid 2.0 is guaranteed?
After 7 – 10 days, the liquid glass protects your device screen in daily life with its hardness. (During this time, you can typically use your Smartphone. However, you should pay attention to the fact that your iPhone screen should not be exposed to a greater burden.)
What I should particularly pay attention for when affixing GLAZ Liquid 2.0?
You should pay attention that the screen is completely wetted by a circular affixing with Pad and that it is apply so long as until a drying shroud is built on a place. Furthermore, you should pay particularly attention for possible residues of GLAZ Liquid 2.0. Remove possible residues by means of the enclosed cleaning pad and then polish the screen until it shines.
Is the Apple Watch Liquid 2.0 from GLAZ available for all Apple Watch sizes?
Yes, you can purchase our product for Apple Watch 38 mm or 42 mm.
Can I apply GLAZ Liquid 2.0 on the backside of my iPhone 7 or my Samsung Galaxy to protect my metal case?
Our GLAZ Liquid 2.0 screen protector is exclusively suitable for the front of Apple and Samsung products and was also tested on these products unless the backside is made by glass as well. This currently concerns Apple iPhone X and Apple iPhone 8/8 Plus. For the backside of iPhone 7 (jet black/ diamond black), we offer GLAZ Diamond and for the metal backsides we offer GLAZ Titan as well.
Can I use GLAZ Liquid 2.0 for other products as well (other mobile phone producer, stoves etc.)?
No, the GLAZ Liquid 2.0 don’t make your screen completely unbreakable or resistant against scratches. Under certain high force applications, even our best product can soften. We exclude a liability for damages when a crash from any distance left fractures on your screen. However, our liquid screen protector test 2018 – with the collaboration of YouTube guys – showed, what our tempered glass Liquid 2.0 can all do.
Does the application of GLAZ Liquid 2.0 make my screen unbreakable?
No, the GLAZ Liquid 2.0 does not make your display absolutely unbreakable. When a certain amount of force is applied to your display, the best product can also yield. We will exclude a compensation for any damage caused by a fall from any height.
Why I should dry the devices for 5 minutes by means of a hairdryer and have to wait for 15 minutes after the affixing process?
Following to the affixing of GLAZ Liquid 2.0, you should dry your device for 5 minutes by means of a hairdryer or you should wait for 45 minutes at room temperature, so that the Liquid 2.0 can begin to dry off on the surface. You have to wait 15 minutes after the blow-dry until the device is cooled off room temperature.

FAQ GLAZ-Diamond / Titan

May I use GLAZ Diamond for the backside of other devices except for iPhone 7/7 Plus diamond black (JetBlack) as well?
No, GLAZ Diamond was just developed for iPhone 7/7 Plus in diamond black (JetBlack). You can use GLAZ Titan for following devices: iPhone 6/6s/6+/6s+/ 5/ SE.
When GLAZ Diamond/Titan needs to be replaced?
A complete protection of GLAZ Diamond/Titan isn’t guaranteed after one year and should be newly applied. (Notice from GLAZ team: Add a comment to your calendar)
Can I completely remove GLAZ Diamond/Titan from the back of my device?

What do I have to do when GLAZ Diamond/Titan comes into contact with the screen?
Please remove immediately GLAZ Diamond/Titan by means of the enclosed microfiber wipe. You should act quickly.
Can I use all kinds of cleaners before the affixing of GLAZ Diamond/Titan?
Before applying GLAZ-Diamond/Titan, please use the cleaning cloth with isopropyl alcohol, which was specially developed for our product, to clean your backside.
What I should particularly pay attention for when affixing GLAZ Diamond/Titan from GLAZ?
When applying liberally GLAZ Diamond/Titan on the backside of your device with the pad, you should let it dry for 5 minutes. Please distinguish the application for GLAZ Diamond from the application of GLAZ Titan: Attention!!! Important, GLAZ Diamond and GLAZ Titan differs in following point with the installation: GLAZ-Diamond Let it absorb for 5 minutes. Please don’t wait more than 5 minutes, otherwise it can be more difficult to remove the caused shroud. Then follow step 6. GLAZ-Titan Treat the backside of your device for 5 minutes with a usual hair dryer after every affixing (three times) with a distance of minimum 15 cm, so that the product can be completely absorbed. Then follow step 6. Polish the surface with the enclosed microfiber cloth until there are no residues. Treat the device three times. After a period of 24 – 36 hours of resting time you’ll have the most optimal effect. This means that the product should harden for 36 hours without using.  
When it is guaranteed that GLAZ Diamond/Titan is completely hardened?
As per our FAQ, the product is completely hardened after 24 – 36 hours. This means that the device should not be used within this time.
What I should particularly pay attention for when affixing GLAZ Diamond/Titan?
You should particularly pay attention for the backside. The backside should be completely moistening with the Pad and any liquid (shroud) should be evenly distributed.
How long should I polish the back of the iPhone with the microfiber cloth after the affixing of GLAZ Diamond/Titan?
You should polish the back until the backside begins to shine and until there are no residues.
Does the application with GLAZ Diamond protects my backside against all damages?
No, GLAZ Diamond makes your backside harder. However. it doesn’t protect against all damages. Under high force applications, even the best product can soften. We exclude a liability for damages when a crash from high distance left damages.
Does the application with GLAZ Titan protects my backside against all damages?
No, GLAZ Titan has a hardness grade of 9H (as hard as a sapphire). However, it doesn’t make it resistant against all scratches. In the case of crashes or under high force application, even the best product can soften. We exclude a liability for damages in our FAQ.

FAQ Installation of the screen protector 2.0 4D by tempered glass

What is the special thing with the new screen protector 2.0 4D?
Our new screen protection 2.0 4D protects beyond the edges of your iPhone X screen. The edges of the screen protection are sympathized with the screen edges. It is made by reals glass and has a thickness of 0,25 mm – 0,33 mm (glass layer). As with the predecessor model, it has a hardness grade of 9H and thus is harder than a sapphire. Our new screen protection 2.0 4D is available for all iPhones 6, 7, 8, as well as for the iPhone X. The well-loved screen protection 1.0 is available for iPhone 5 and iPhone SE. All screen protector models have an application, which is especially developed by us.
I have a GLAZ screen protector 2.0 4D with application. How should I apply it?
Please clean and dry the device. Firstly, use the alcohol pad for the screen cleaning and then dry it by means of a microfiber cloth. Then control your screen and remove – if necessary – all dust with the enclosed dust absorber. Attention: Even when you have a brand-new device, clean it carefully! An affixed protective foil can leave residues of dust or other particles. Take our application and put it on the iPhone. Special sections and markings help you. Pull off carefully the protective foil. Now you can put the screen protection 2.0 4D on the application and affix it. Then you remove the application and scratch out possible bubbles by means of the enclosed tool. With iPhone models, which are older than iPhone X, you can additionally affix the Touch ID Button, so that the height difference to the Home Button can be eliminated.
Is it possible that the 3D Touch function is restricted by the GLAZ screen protector?
No, this function is also available with our GLAZ screen protectors.
Which colors of Touch ID buttons are available?
With a black screen protection 2.0 4D we offer you a black button with a black rim. When purchasing a white screen protector 2.0 4D you obtain a white Touch ID button with a golden, rose golden or silver rim. Please notice that the rim colors can be worn due to daily use.
Can I still use the Touch ID function with a Touch ID Button?
You can naturally use the Touch ID functions of your mobile phone with a Touch ID Button.
The ring of Touch ID buttons is affixed on a carrier plate (adhesive foil). Should I affix this carrier plate together with the ring?
You can affix the Touch ID Button with or without the carrier plate/adhesive foil. The carrier plate can protect your home button against scratches.
There is some dust on the border of my screen protector. Is that normal and how I can remove it?
It is possible, that dust settles on the borders of your screen protection. You can remove dust simply by means of a vac or fine brushes.
What are the differences between the new screen protector 2.0 4D and its predecessor model 1.0?
The screen protection 2.0 has a lower thickness of 0,25 – 0,33 mm (glass layer). Furthermore, it has rounded corners of glass and is compatible with almost all cases. The screen protection 1.0 has rubber lip on the border, which protects the rounded borders of an iPhone and is just compatible with our cases.

FAQ Blistering

I have affixed my screen protection 2.0 4D and have some blisters, which I cannot push away.
After affixing the screen protector, some blisters can appear. Please take time to remove these blisters. You make your work easier, when warming up the screen protector by means of a hair dryer. Sometimes, some blisters are a slightly persistent. But they vanish, when you treat them in a good way. This is a matter of warming up and distributing the acryl due to rubbing, so that the screen protection gets pulled. Very annoying blisters vanish usually after 7 days as through magic power. How I can remove annoying blisters?
The screen of the mobile phone is burdened with residual oils and chemicals – especially with new devices. For this reason, you should please have more patience concerning a high number of blisters. Treat the blister as recommended in our installation guide and give more time to the remaining blisters – at best 7 days. In most cases they disappear after this time.
I lifted the screen protector slightly when removing the bubbles and it is now dirty. What can I do?
When the screen protector is soiled on the inner side, you can clean it by means of flowing cold water (preferably without limestone). Please use no dishwashing liquids and don’t dry it off. You can just shake the water off. Superfluous water drops disappear after some time. You should give some time until all blisters are removed.

GLAZ screen protector 2.0 4D enclose completely the screen. As the product protects the edges as well, an iPhone protective case (iPhone case) can press on the GLAZ screen protector. Thereby, the tempered glass would begin to bulge, which can be responsible for a break. This is because there is a high tension on the screen protector. You can use our GLAZ ultra slim cases. What have to be observed when handling with GLAZ?
Security: Hardened glass is the most safety glass. The hardening has an inner tension, which don’t split in sharped pieces, but rather it crumbles in small granulated pieces. This means, that hardened glass isn’t completely safe, because it can lead to slightly cuts or other damages. For this reason, please notice the risks and take all necessary safety precautions. The further use of damaged, hardened glass may cause damages to the user or succouring persons. Care: Keep the protective foil away from sand or stones because they can damage the surface or lead to a fragmentation. Keep the products away from extremely heat and cold sources. Don’t clean the protective foil by means of cold or hot water. The thermic shock can lead to a fragmentation of the hardened glass.

How can I dispose of a GLAZ screen protective foil?
Please dispose your protective foil iPhone X/iPhone 8 from hardened glass in a safe way to avoid damages with you or other persons. The screen protection foil is recyclable. Use robust safety gloves to remove glass fragmentations. Wrap these pieces in some piece of papers. Please don’t dispose the product of domestic waste. Dispose the pieces of plastic waste or glass waste. Use a strong brush to clean the affected area. Use the protective foil as all glass products and react carefully and responsible. Have fun with your modern screen protection glass.
